Plasma Cutting Source
The CNC plasma metal cutting machine can be equipped with plasma cutting sources from different manufacturers. The thickness of the processed metal will depend on the power and quality of the plasma cutter. Plasma cutters of Chinese and Russian production are not expensive. The plasma cutting source is not included in the delivery package.

Independent desktop
The principle of independent separation of the table and the portal allows you to make a table structure of thick-walled metal and use welded joints, thereby increasing the maximum load on the table to 1500 kg.
The working field of the machine is actually 2980x1700 mm. By default, the machine is supplied without a table, a drawing is provided for manufacturing. The table can be made both with a hood and with a water tray.


Coordinated portal
Linear cylindrical guides and toothed rails are used in the coordinate portal, this betrays the accuracy of the caliper positioning. Closed ball bearings move along the guides, which are protected from moisture and dirt, this reduces bearing wear to a minimum.

Plasma torch height control system
The height control system is designed to ensure the most accurate retention of the plasma torch above the metal surface during cutting. The cutting height is a very important parameter of the process, ensuring the maintenance of the arc and obtaining the necessary quality of the cutting surface. The system allows you to determine the current position of the sheet and adjust the height of the plasma torch taking into account the set arc voltage. The work is carried out in automatic mode, which greatly simplifies the operator's work, improving the quality of the cut, increasing productivity and accuracy of work.

CNC System
The machine is equipped with a CNC system of domestic production. The CNC system consists of:
— main controller — responsible for the execution of the program cutting program, controls the drives
— stepper motor drives — stepper motors are controlled
— automatic ignition device — searches for metal by touching and igniting the plasma torch

One of the advantages of the CNC system is the Ethernet interface (local area network) used to transfer the cutting program from the operator's computer to the main controller. At the same time, the operator's workstation can be located both in the immediate vicinity of the machine and in an adjacent room.

The production period is 30 calendar days.
The warranty is 24 months.
The machine is delivered in a semi-assembled form to simplify transportation to the installation site.
