The PROTONE-6ms installation is designed for applying two-component compositions by spraying on any surface. The equipment is equipped with high-pressure hoses with a length of 30 meters and a Pusmak SP2 spray gun. It can work with high-pressure pistols manufactured by Graco and GAMA. It is also possible to equip heating belts for heating components directly in barrels, additional hoses (a multiple of 30 m) and barrel pumps.
PROTONE-6 ms monitors the pressure in the system, stops the engine when the set value is reached, which significantly reduces the wear of the pump and increases the reliability of the device, signals when the pressure is skewed more than permissible. For the convenience of working with polyurea, the device is equipped with a hose with a diameter of d 10mm. Since polyurea is a viscous material, barrel pumps and barrel heaters will simplify working with it.
